is it anything significant? just hype?
nevermind. ron paul and 911-scholars are involved. sorry
i like your upside down flag. the way i see it, i could have just as easily have been born to a different pair of parents, so why should i be "proud to be american". it is a fluke...it is a coin toss...it is beyond a lottery.
i could have been born a woman instead of a man, black or (don`t forget) a native american, instead of a whitey.
recently, i watched a video clip called "the secret". i initially thought it was ambiguous and tacky. but after a couple minutes i realized it represented exactly what i experienced when i hitch hiked the northern half of the u.s. in 1986.
anyway, my brothers and sisters, it is game #4 and i must pay homage to basketball, because that is the way i am. (for now at least)
until later, ("begin the day with a friendly voice, a companion unobtrusive")
Thanks.
Yes, something we forget is that when men, women, old, young, black, white and all else look in the mirror, we see "me" rather than a demographic.
I'm not sure how I feel about the commercialization of positive thinking either, but I guess I'll remain positive about it! :D
